Beneath the Waves - Environment Design Challenge

I recently had the the time to finish up this image that was part of the Artstation 'Beneath the Waves' challenge.

Illustration II - Underwater City

.....Strangely enough, the city was built upside down. Nobody knows exactly why but it might have been so due to the water buoyancy. To protect it from predators some buildings and vehicles within the city resemble underwater plants and creatures.
